Once we’ve processed your application your personal ‘Collection Kit’ will be dispatched to your nominated address and you’ll receive it within 24-48 hours.

Your ‘Collection Kit’ will arrive at our labs within 24 hours and processed immediately ensuring maximum cell viability.  Research evidence shows that deterioration of stem cells may begin to occur if not processed within 24-48 hours.

Your sample needs to remain at room temperature to ensure cell viability. Our ‘Collection Kit’ does not require any temperature control and will remain stable until received at our laboratory.
